Alternative Dispute Resolution Institution for Financial Services Sector (LAPS SJK)

Since January 1, 2021 the Alternative Dispute Resolution Institution for Financial Services Sector (LAPS SJK) has been established which is in line with Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 61/POJK.07/2020 regarding Alternative Dispute Resolution Institution for Financial Services Sector, therefore to resolve disputes in financial services sector outside the Court can be done through LAPS SJK.
LAPS SJK was formed to provide protection for customers in order to resolve disputes outside the Court with easy access, fast, affordable, independent, fair, effective and trustworthy access.
