  • 1. Take the leading role in drafting contracts with vendor, business partners, financial partner(e.g. commercial bank) and/or all the new products of the company

Job Description:

  • 1. Maintaining a sound day-to-day communication and working relationship with related supervision government bodies and industrial institutes, including BI, OJK, AFTECH and AFPI.
  • 2. Constantly tracking the latest development of relevant regulations issued by the supervision government bodies and industrial institutes, and timely analyze and interpret the latest updates thoroughly and sync with compliance committee to ensure the management and operation teams well stay up-to-date. Guiding accordingly the company’s operation.
  • 3. Responsible for the establishment and maintenance of internal compliance policy, rules and SOP, and oversee the implementation process. Implementing compliance check-point of business-related SOP, and monitor, identify, and evaluation the potential risk, then while notify the related team, also giving the suggestions for mitigation.
  • 4. As point of contact for and the first respondent to any auditing requests or inquiries from the supervision bodies, and follow end-to-end in the handling of the request as the task owner until the submission, which keeping the management in the loop of the progress.
  • 5. Responsible for the establishment and implementation of quarterly internal compliance auditing, and issue the auditing and adjustment report for management’s reference. Follow-up on risk findings or compliance issues with investigation, remediation and resolution.
  • 6. Responsible for planning and conducing internal compliance training for the purpose of establishing and strengthening the compliance awareness and knowledge of senior and middle-class management personnel. Cultivating the corporate culture of responsible operation.
  • 7. Responsible for the compliance inspection of marketing and promotion contents.
  • 8. Responsible for the compliance inspection of new business partnership (model and product) as will as any new or update of the company policies, operation strategy and new products.
  • 9. Being the internal compliance advisor to other units or taskforce, providing day-to-day policy compliance consultation and advice to other units, including in legal dispute case and contract review and fulfillment.
  • 10. Responsible for the collecting, streamlining and documenting all compliance related police and documents.
  • 11. Involving in handling events of public sentiment, compliant and urgency.
  • Fulfilment of relevant regulatory, licensing and reporting obligations for the company
  • Responsible for conducting research in specific topics of Finance to support or facilitate the business expansion of the company.
  • 12. Responsible for the implementation of AML per the supervision body requirement, including but not limited to establishing SOP, day-to-day monitoring, suspicious case reporting and investigation and related communication with the authority.
  • 13. Support ad-hoc assignments or projects assigned by the management.

Job Requirements:

  • 1. A Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Finance/Law or other relevant qualification.
  • 2. Minimum 3 years’ experience in in-house advisory, compliance, regulatory or consulting work preferably in licensed fintech company.
  • 3. Excellent communication, stakeholder management and people skills.
